This page explains the small set of cookies and locally-stored values used by NamSportsPortal. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. We also use the browser’s localStorage to remember preferences. Both behave similarly from a privacy standpoint and are covered by this policy.
We use only strictly-necessary and preference cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| token | Strictly necessary | JWT session token that keeps you signed in. | Until you sign out, clear browser storage, or the token expires. |
| user | Strictly necessary | Cached profile basics so the dashboard can render before the network call returns. | Until sign-out or storage clear. |
| branding | Preference | Remembers theme and logo selections for federation/club delegates. | Until manually cleared. |
| cookie-consent | Preference | Records that you have seen and acknowledged this policy so we don’t show the banner again. | 12 months. |
We may add a small number of additional preference cookies in future (for example, to remember a chosen language). When we do, this page will be updated and material changes will be communicated.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Removing the session cookie will sign you out. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and most of the portal will be unusable.
